Our Fitness Classes will challenge your technique, endurance and concentration. Half the battle is mental because you need to focus on the individual movements that make up a combination.

If you become easily bored with stationary cardio equipment like treadmills and stair steppers, you'll enjoy the fast pace and new movements in our kickboxing class.

Really asome energie and kind trainers. I would defenetly recommend this place so if you want to learn some self defence and lose weight at same time this is defenetly the place to go to. also hours are so asome so you can choose anytime of day to come and train
