Krav Maga

Q: What exactly is Krav Maga?
A: Krav Maga is the official self-defense and fighting system of the Israeli Defense Forces and U.S. law enforcement agencies. It emphasizes easy-to-learn techniques that have been tested in real, life-threatening confrontations. While there is nothing flashy about the system, it is highly effective, nonetheless.
Q: What if I don't have any martial arts experience?
A: No worries. You don't need any martial arts experience to start training in Krav Maga. That's our job' to train you in 'contact combat.' The system is designed to take people with no previous experience and bring them to a level of proficiency fairly quickly.
Q: How do I know if Krav Maga is for me?
A: Ask yourself what you are looking for. Do you want street self-defense dealing with much larger attackers, multiple attackers, guns or knives? If so, Krav Maga is for you. But if you're not sure, give it a try to find out. Chances are you'll love what it does for your body and mind' and you'll develop excellent self-defense skills.
Q: Is Krav Maga for men only?
A: Not at all. Krav Maga is taught to men, women, and children who seek the best in self-defense and fitness training.

At peak times, there's between 15-30. Some times have more, some less. But we make sure to have enough instructors to match the class size. That way you always get the attention you need.
